IMAP mail account on LG V20 not syncing with Outlook on PC

I have two email accounts, one with Network Solutions and the other with 1&1. For as long as I can remember, I have had them set up as IMAP on my three PCs and mobile. For years, on a Samsung Note 2, Note 4 and (unfortunately) two Note 7s, it has always worked seamlessly. Now, on an LG V20, the Network Solutions account will not sync properly. The 1&1 account does, but the NS one just will not. When I delete mail on my phone, it is still on my Outlook. If I send from Outlook, it will not show up in my sent folder on my phone. I have triple-checked the settings, and I have removed and added the account multiple times. The part that I really question is that one of the accounts works, and the other does not.

Download Aqua mail from the play store. I spent a week trying to figure a proper sync on IMAP with my Gmail account (because I hate the way gmail looks with their terrible fonts and headers). Been using it on G5, V10, and now V20. It syncs instantly with my Outlook desktop software on my computer.
