Sprint BuyBack Promotion with V20

I sent in my LG G3 when I got my V20 on Sprint and still have not received the $200 credit on my account. Has anyone else received their credit? They told me I would get it in two billing cycles and I have now turned over the 2nd cycle.

Whats interesting with that when i did it in the sprint store they took it immediately out of the price of the phone i didnt have to wait for bill credits

That's what Tmobile does at least the 3 tmobile stores I've bought phones from. If they wanted to take it off my bill I'd walk out and go to another store who wants my business.

Took two weeks and showed up as credit toward the sprint bill only
