Unbricking from MIUI Install
So first take out the usb cord and the battery for 5 seconds, turn the phone on and it will vibrate. When you turn it on hold Volume Down and Power it will go to factory reset, now factory reset and it will put you in the Custom Recovery Rom. From there Download [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] that and from there flash it, to be able to get it onto your device is by on your Custom Recovery go to Mounts and Mount USB Storage. Let the delooper do its thang. Now when your phone turns on it won't go into recovery it will stay at LG with NO recovery. Now this is the part where you go AWWWHH CRAP! Nope, download [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] that when you are done install and go to C:\LG\LGFLASHTOOL and replace the .exe with the one inside of the thing you downloaded. Now go download URL="http://www.sendspace.com/file/dr4bq7"]http://www.sendspace.com/file/dr4bq7[/URL] extract it and open LGFLASHTOOL now select the DLL and TOT file from the folder you just extracted. Now click ok. Now go into start menu right click computer and go to manage find LGE Android USB Serial Port and right click go to proporties go to port settings and go to advanced at the bottom and change the port to COM41. Go into flash tool and go to the port settings there, change it to only being checked on #1. Click start. The device should start up after a while, and wha la! You are done. I am glad my unbricking method is helping people who is testing and trying new things

Yeah thanks a lot, I made this one to point out what you have to do in the beginning with this brick to get in in Download Mode.

after a factory reset, it errors and goes back to the fastboot screen. anything?

Skip that and do the volume up and boot.
