Ok well I've figured it all out, Download this:
Now download the ICS download. This will get you fastboot and an LG Security Error if you know how to fix it please do it and put a comment about how please!

1). First flash to ZVD with the stickied forum about it.
2). Download this:
3). Install that recovery.zip with the following commands in this order: "adb push recovery.img /data/local/tmp/recovery.img", "adb shell", "su", "dd if=/data/local/tmp/recovery.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p13"
4). Install AlphaC
5). Install 2372165a5534.Incremental_package_LS840ZVD_02-ZVI_02_inc.zip
6). Install AlphaC
7). Now boot. You will get LG then a blank screen wait and you'll see LG Security Error.
8). Now if you want to get to fastboot do this: Take battery out.
9). Unplug usb under any circumstances. Even a charger.
10). Hold Power + Volume Down.
11). Comfirm Factory Reset.
12). It will go straight to Fastboot

No it boots auto into Fastboot after that. I need to work on it a bit.

Yup, what we're going to do is change the boot to the ginger boot and see from there.

so you absolutely didnt have any google apps removed? ....makes no sense that error appearing........after such steps...

No, I just didn't have the guts to say my sdcard got broke from me putting it in backwards (Don't ask me how that broke it!) and now I'm probaly set back a good two weeks, I'm going to go to a store and see if they can recover files off of it.

I know, I'm saying, you're using a stock ics kernel which checks the integrity of the system at every boot.
