Purchasing a phone, HELP!

I have a LG Viper 4g LTE, but I am getting tired of not having Jelly bean. On eBay are their any used or new sprint smartphones that have lte and a newer os, under $215?

Just call sprint and complain about it overheating and they'll send u a new galaxy Nexus trust me I did it. And the Nexus is on 4.1.1 already I'm on paranoid android 4.2.1 and it's awesome!

You cannot work on patience by stating to begin it, it's a trait you must be either forced to learn through rough times ( how i became patient ), or forced into your subconscious via safe dis-associative experiences with DMT. (Maybe that's how i truly learned patience...)
