Hi im looking for the device driver for the viper. i downloaded the "LGUNITED" universal driver and the rooting program doesn't seem to recognize it... any suggestions?

Ok we need more info. But have you gone to Settings > Developer Tools > Device Debugging and enabled that?
If you have install the LG Mobile Software tool and plug it in and install the USB drivers.
yes i enabled debug and also mock location. installed plugged it in installed the usb drivers then ran the program for 4.0.4 and it says that it isnt detecting my device ...

Try plugging into a diff. port.
tried and it keeps saying to reboot my device ive tried many times... ready to break it haha
Try a diff. computer or the rooting method from this forum.

im using the xda program and now at my parents house trying there computer... so far nothing ive restarted the phone three times so far... but still says path not found

ok ill give that a try now... i wasnt sure if it was even seeing my device but when i ran "adb devices" it picked it up .... ill give the atk a shot now
ok i DL'ed that pack, and have it on my desktop... stupid question now... how do i use it?
