Can't change security lock timer??

Hello, I am unable to change the security lock timer as of yesterday. I do not have the option to select the security lock timer tab.. My phone is now stuck on lock down at 30 seconds..frustrating someone please help?

use titanium back up to back up your apps, and shut down your phone, hold down vol down, home, and power, this will reflash your phone if you're still on the stock recovery. Use titanium back up to restore your apps and you should also have the ability to change the screen off timer again.

My Security Lock Timer is also disabled.... Thoughts?

I have an Atrix 4G and I'm running 2.3.4.
