LG Urbane 2 Stopped Charging

Hi,

Today I tried to charge my LG Urbane 2 and it would not recognize the charger.
The pogo pins look good and the contacts on the watch are clean.
Did not bump or damage the watch.
Tried a different cable and charger with the same results.
Tried to do a factory reset and nothing.
Watch is now dead as a doornail.

Any suggestions before I send it back?

Tried everything. Shipping back to LG. Will see what they say.
If they won't fix, I'll file a claim with Squaretrade.
It was working fine up until it would no longer charge.

No communication from LG.
They diagnosed the issue and are now repairing.

Then it's obviously a contact issue, either the pins aren't pushing down hard enough or the contacts need to be cleaned to get a better connection.

Magnet not strong enough or a pin spring is weak.
Wasn't my issue. I had multiple chargers and it wouldn't charge at all.
Mine is being repaired. Status says "Repair in Progress".

I finally contacted LG, and I sent my watch for diagnosis and repair. It will take about 3 weeks according to LG.Wait and see.

Watch shipped back yesterday.
Due by end of day Saturday.

Guts replaced.
Came back with bootloader relocked and released firmware.

Nio charge. No communication from them except that it was received, in for repair, shipped back.
DO NOT SEND IT IN YOUR ORIGINAL BOX!!!!!! You will not get it back.
Pack it in bubble wrap.
