    Default gingerbread linux

    Hi im running linux 10 kde and my is a samsung galaxy s I900 im trying to update it to gingerbread but cant found a simple way to do it and kiess dont work

    Despite a very good choice in operating systems, you may be better off asking in the Samsung forum. If you had a Motorola I know you'd want to use a program called sbf_flash which actually happens to work much more reliably than it's Windows cousin RSD Lite - to the point where many people recommend that Windows users use a Linux Live CD.

    However I think Samsungs have a different set of utilities. The little research I've done on the Tab says may be what you're looking for. I think with the Tab you also need to use Home+VolumeDown to get into the bootloader.
