    Default How to get new Market with google music

    Settings > application > manage apps > all apps
    Find the market and click uninstall updates and I cleared data for it but idk if that was need then open the market and back out it should update if not click update on one of your app or install a new app.
    And boom you got the new market with google music.

    Worked for me without clearing cache. The T-Mobile free music shows on my MyTouch 4G.
