Google Wallet rejects payment occasionally

Hi there. I recently tied up a Visa debit card to my account. Funny thing is, the card works OK, but every 4th purchase roughly, it will decline. This has happened about 5 times now within the last 2 months.

Does anyone know why? The reason given is because protection against fraud and not sufficient funds. Like I said, this isn't one-off and has been continuously happening roughly every 3rd or 4th purchase.

I would be glad to know how I can solve this. Google Play's help pages were of no use.

I feel you on this. I wish I could help you out with this. I have experience the same occurrence lately. I was actually searching for an answer myself.
