Default Best GTD app with deep folder hierarchical structure like Omnifocus or better?

I've been stuck on iOS since it came out in 2007 and I've finally made the switch to Android but I have not been able to find a replacement for my GTD app - Omnifocus as of yet. For now I'm just storing text files in folders with the name of the task in each folder and then putting them in the appropriate order and for tasks that require notifications I have to copy them into a GTD apps such as wunderlist and set up a notification. This is obviously not a very good way of working, is there an Android app out there that can compare to Omnifocus? Even Omnifocus didn't have everything though, no way of putting flagged tasks in a custom order. Specifically I am looking for an app with these features:

    Deep folder/project hierarchical structure
    Notifications
    Syncing
    Custom ordering of tasks
It would also be nice if I could set priorities and/or star/flag specific tasks from different projects and then have a list of starred/flagged tasks which can be re-ordered according to the order I will do them. This is especially helpful when I'm trying to tie up a lot of loose ends on different projects in a day. Even Omnifocus doesn't have those so I suppose I could survive without it but it would greatly assist productivity.
Preferably a web or desktop software so I can input tasks quickly at a computer as opposed to my phone (Galaxy S3 t-mobile)

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I was using "DGT GTD & To-do List [Alpha]". It's pretty advanced.

I've switched up my work flow now though and no longer have a use for something so complex on my phone.

If only something could be synced with phone, notebook, pc, cloud, seamlessly.
That's what I really need. Something like "Things" for Mac but everywhere.

I use Astrid for my next action to do list and Evernote for my reference/storage material. Great comobiniation and I don't feel the need for anything else/

    Hello,

Like the topic creator SalilS, I think to switch from iPhone. I don't like the direction Apple is going, and other companies are the same advanced. Also I feel like Apple puts limits on me. And to have an iPhone with a data plan is too expensive. But, I use OmniFocus a lot. I like the way it works, I like the logic of the software. I use it on MacBook and on iPhone and I sync it via WiFi.

I don't get the idea of IQTELL. I don't have time to make a research, could you give some links which will explain me what is that about?

Does it work on MacOS X? Is this a software or an online application like Google Calendar? I use iCal, but probably after I switch to android, I will start using google calendar.

    Thanks!

Any updates from anyone? I tried DGT GTD a few months back but it was too buggy and the sub projects had some issues syncing with ToodleDo. I like what they're doing but it doesn't yet do what I need to do. Syncing, priorities, custom order and alerts are what I need in a GTD app. I hope to find it one day...Omnifocus came close but I'm on Android now so...any help is really appreciated!

funny, I just came on to ask why on earth there is no quality GTD app for android. Was thinking of ditching my iPhone 5 for the S4, but ultimately I use the device for productivity. I use omnifocus as well both on my ipad and iphone.

Both Gqueues and MLO ( My life organized) work very well. In my opinion the only ones worth the time and effort for serious GTD practitioners.
