I have been looking on ebay and I have yet to see one under $400 for a NEW one.

it says used from 395, new from 490.

420 is a decent price for this phone. I have the moto droid, but I know a few people with incredible's, they are great devices.

Remember, this sale means no contract extension (so you can still upgrade when you could always upgrade) and you can get your hands on a phone that people ordering them on CONTRACT still have to wait several weeks for.
