Unfortunately T-Mobile emailed back saying the phone can't be unlocked because it hasn't been used on the network. I'll put my SIM in it for a day and see if that qualifies it to get unlocked.

Pantless, if you put your Sim in, give three days, log into my.T-Mobile. Com and go on chat, they will have a code for you in two days or less
