Catch and release. Just got this from a fellow forum member, and it is mint, exactly as described. Comes with all original packaging, and includes a black Google bumper case and two complete OEM chargers/cables. My only issue was that I didn't realize how poor AT&T is in my area. What does AT&T have to do with it?

All Nexus 5's (and 4's for that matter) are unlocked and can be used on any network, even Sprint.

Some people have multiple lines, some of which are under contract or got their Nexus to replace a device they bought under contract. It isn't always so simple as just leaving.
