Feedback: After some intense negotiations, Jeff and I were able to arrange a trade, his Note2 for my Niece's iPhone5. We both shipped at the same time and got our devices fairly quickly. I remember my poor niece complaining that she had to use a "dumb" phone for 2 days! lol All parties were happy with the trade. Several weeks later Jeff contacted me about an issue with the iphone, BUT we were able to get the Apple care transferred to his name and in the end Verizon or Apple sent him a brand new one! Sadly several weeks ago my niece cracked the screen of the Note 2, BUT she's living with it for now since it's too expensive for her insurance to replace (200 dollars!!!!!). The crack is actually not that bad.
