I've owned three iPads, the Playbook and the Fire. Avoid the Playbook...there isn't even a Kindle app, to mention one of its many shortcomings. I paid 500 for mine and don't even think its worth the 199 their currently pushing it for.

I only have them on a Blackberry think I'm sol...they don't show up on the desktop. Good old Blackberry.

Ok so then if it didn't save them when I downloaded them to the cloud they're gone?

Anyone else have a problem like this? I downloaded a few albums to a Blackberry from the Amazon mp3 store a few months ago. Should be able to find these in the cloud drive right?

I used it to load Nook and Kobo, worked fine. All of the other "apps" seemed to be mobile sites. So stupid you can't put Facebook for Android on it.

It updated magically when I charged it, but it still runs an OLD kindle version...notice the lack of page turn animations.
