    It just knows I put it in a dock somehow. There is something in the dock itself that tells the phone "Hey, I'm in a dock, turn on car mode.. It's all automatic.

    Dock Battery Drain

    I guess I am lucky because I keep mine docked all the time. I can shut down the Transformer at 10pm, leave it docked, turn it back on at 9am, and it is at 99% charged. I've been very happy with it. Sent from my Transformer TF101 using Tapatalk
