    Update: After I Relocked bootloader it did indeed let me load the zip from the SD card and we are good to go. Thanks to all and I hope this helps others. M-

    I got past the waitingon device issue by DLing HTC sync. I didnt even open HTC Snyc, simply DLed it and the driver that come with it did the trick. now I'm moving forward with the rest of the process.

    I have the same issue as nquinn... after the loading bar loads it just goes to the normal bootloader.
