    Brand New 6p - DEFECT - Should I return?

If I recall correctly, Google doesn't do exchanges. Just flat out returns, and that's within the 14 day period.

[Closed] Win a Nexus 5X from Android Central!

I want a Nexus 5X because I want to see what a "stock" Android experience really is. Also no carrier rubbish sounds quite nice. There's also the idea of actually getting updates out the gate as opposed to waiting. I got burned with my Lumia 810 and frankly my G3 update cycle isn't exactly...

Too many problems with Windows 7/64, may have to go with 7/32.

I've never heard or read that. I've been running 64-bit Windows OS since Vista with no problem that a few settings wouldn't fix. While running 32 bit might help with older legacy programs that the developer never bothered to update to take advantage of newer tech... You WILL lose the ability...

    Wet G3

I do NOT recommend leaving it in a hot car for any length of time. The temps that are attained on a nice summer day would likely cause more damage than the water had.

[Closed] Win a Galaxy Note 5!!!

Good looks, lots of power, and the s-pen sounds like a nifty feature to use.

What is cost for new G3? - G3 vs. G4

After noticing the price on the G4 was going to be quite high... I ended up going for a G3. Can't say I regret that decision at all.

LG3 New system update available from T-Mobile

Well... quick update time I suppose. A month or so later... No issues to report. My Android L update is running just fine with no notable impact on battery life, and no real change in operating temps which remain quite toasty. I've gotten used to the UI updates, and find the device to be...

Can anyone here please confirm whether this used G3 is in good condition?

The heating and camera crash doesn't seem to be normal even in a used device. I'd try doing a reset on the phone, and if that fails, I'd look into an warranty repair.

    LG G3 Overheating warning?

Odd about all these overheating issues. I won't deny my phone gets warm, but then again I tend to keep my brightness quite low, and I usually have good data connection. Looks like the drive for more power in phones has led to a plethora of heat issues not just here, but everywhere.

Will you buy another LG smartphone

I see no issue with buying another LG. I like the styling, and the future looks bright. Will probably root it once my warranty expires.

Dual Window, do you use this feature?

For the G3 at least, I've found there is a lack of apps to run in dual screen mode. Sadly it appears that the G4 is not much different. So no, I do not use this feature, and have it disabled.

    OMG Phil was right!

I'd have to say this is one of the best parts of on screen buttons. You can quite easily rearrange em to suite your needs. Since I came from a WP8 device, I'm quite used to the back function being to the left of home. (G3, but close enough at this point)

    Smartphone Innovation Slowing ?

I don't think it's slowing down at all. Also the comparison to cars isn't not quite correct. Even the auto industry is experiencing quite a lot of innovation on a yearly basis as the entire industries moves forward to tackle the challenges of new standards and the ever moving goal of safety...

    Specs announced -- Good enough?

Specs look good enough. Everything looks to be made of flagship hardware at a decently promised price. I look forward to hearing how heat will be managed with this "new version" of the 810.

    Lg g3 washed out colours

Usually on a dark screen, you can notice uneven lighting. Not sure how to describe since most people don't notice/care. Imagine inverse back-light bleeding. Instead of lighter parts of the screen, you get these splotches of darker color. Like the pixels haven't quite been lit up as they...
