Unrooted phone....Wanting to go back, but BIG PROBLEM-HELP

I had the same problem when I unrooted my last phone. I failed to follow directions and put it on the desktop, so I kept getting the same error. I just CD'd until I got to the desktop to finnally get it to work. Had I put it in C: as directed, it would have went alot smoother.

    Root After Update 7/8/2011

Well, I'm at a loss. Do you have USB Debugging turned on? Settings > Applications > Development > USB debugging. Is there a green check mark in the box? Also, make sure Stay Awake below that has a green check in it as well. Also, you might try different USB ports on your computer. I hear...

    Root After Update 7/8/2011

Maybe, I've only used ADB to unroot. Try the auto root, it works fine. I've used it on 3 different T-bolts and have had no issues. Sure, it only brings you up to MR1, but then you can flash any ROM and/or radio you want. [Auto] Root and Unroot (Windows)**Updated**5/20** w/MR1 update

    Root After Update 7/8/2011

I rooted 3rd Thunderbolt yesterday, after accepting the ota last week. My 1st T-bolt went bat sh*t crazy and the screen would 'twitch' often. My 2nd, lost the ability to get 4G. So VZW sent me anouther phone and I waited a couple weeks before rooting to make sure it was okay. Anyway, I heard...

a few questions before I take the rooting plunge...

Well, I'm certainly no pro at this stuff, but I have rooted and unrooted my Thunderbolt, and am about to root again. I rooted my Thunderbolt when I first got it using the autoroot method and it was very easy. I used this link: YouTube - ‪How to Root: HTC Thunderbolt One Click App‬‏ and walked...

    still having data connection issues:chicago

I am having similar issues myself. I was running BAMF GingerRemix 2.1 with the 2.5 radio for about 2 weeks with no problems, then all of a sudden my 4g started dropping down to 1x then up to 3g, and occasionally back to 4g. Now I don't get 4g at all. I dropped down to the MR2 radio and that...

I'm at a loss, any advice?

Yeah, when I first flashed GingerRemix 2.1, I had MR2 and it worked fine, but I wanted to try the MR2.5 and it worked just as well. I had NO problems the first 2 weeks, then the 4g dropped, while everything else still worked flawlessly. I'm back to factory stock now and still no 4g.

I'm at a loss, any advice?

Well, like I said before, I unrooted and returned it back to factory stock, so I don't think it's the radio. It should be back to the original radio that the phone shipped with, although admittedly I don't know exactly what I'm looking at on the Software information area of the phone to verify...

I'm at a loss, any advice?

I rooted my phone, and flashed the BAMF GingerRemix 2.1 w/ 2.5 radio. It was working great for about 2 weeks, until the other day. I went to bed, and when I woke up, 4g was gone. I waited a day or so to see if it came back, but to no avail. Well, I planned to head to the Verizon store to see...

    DAS BAMF Updates at XDA!!!

Last night I wiped data, cache, and Dalvik 3 times, then flashed BAMF GingerREMIX 2.1 and the MR2 radio, but I kept getting gapps and acore errors and it wouldn't sync anything. Well, not being one to give up and just revert back to Froyo, I was determined to try everything to get it to work...
