There are 2 types of hardware problems that can cause this: 1. Bad display pixel. 2. Bad display memory bit. It sounds like it may be #2 since the screenshot shows the bad bit. There is really nothing you can do.

I was able to figure out #1. The directory is: Android>data>com.sec.android.app.myfiles>ftp>cache>[numbered directory for each transfer] example 74219460_-373228440 You need to enable Hidden Directories in Options to see the numbered directories. I haven't found an answer to #2.
