I have to send my G4 in for repair. What is the best way to package it. The directions say to just send the phone, without the battery or back cover. Would a padded envelope be okay, or should I get a small box?

I had this problem a while ago. I held the phone upside down and slowly stuck a twist-tie into the socket and twisted it then pulled it out. I did this several times. I pulled a LOT of lint out of it. I also tapped the phone and more came out. I hope this works for you!

I was having problems with my S3 headphone jack. I don't suggest blowing them with air. You might just push dirt further into the phone. I have unlimited data. My S3 is more of an internet-multimedia device than phone. I don't make many calls so occasionally switching the sim to the Nexus 7 with the unlimited data plan would be great.
