I just got my Neo hybrid on Saturday. For me, it's not that the monitor doesn't work, it's that the case is too bulky to allow my finger to rest on the sensor. Yes, bad design, I agree. It's going back.

I think Im going to pull the trigger on it. Found it for $139 so we'll see. Its for my wife anyways. If it updates and gets multi-user, ok. If it doesn't, ok. Price is good for me.

I had the same problem in my car with my stereo until somebody on here mentioned to turn on the "Auto connect" feature in the stereo. After digging through all the menus, I found it was set to off. I turned it on and now my phone connects automatically every time I get in. Im on a Sprint version.
