    Assuming you mean the 'clear' version. I have it and it's pretty good. Smudges a bit but easilly wipeable. For a VZM branded SP it's good. I agree the anti-glare ones are horrrible.

    Keep calling. Be persistent. Obviously the Bionic isn't working for you. They certainly can, they may need to check with a supervisor but it can be done. I guess as to speak to a supervisor if they still balk.

    Charging LED?

    No LED while charging wth phone on. (is one when phone is off). Initially annoyed me but I more appreciate the LED for missed calls or texts when charging than I do a charging light.

    Never heard of this status. I received a Razr to replace my Bionic several weeks ago. Took a bit of persuasion from me with tech support (was initially offered a Charge, Rezound and something else. I politely declined and held firm).

    It's not just on the RAZR. Bionic has this also. No one seems to know and the % is all over the place from charge cycle to charge cycle.

    What Perkdog said. Make certain roaming is turn off for data under settings, battery and data manager, data delivery. Two boxes there.

    Vibrate very soft with bottom four buttons.

    Same here. Oddly, once I installed SwifKey (which has adjustable haptic feedback) the keys now match the Switkey apps's setting. :-)
