Samsung and everyone else is all of a sudden worried about being "accurate" but the default HDR photo mode is anything but accurate. The default photo HDR mode has way over blown contrast and piercing brights. Why is everyone so concerned about accurate colors and but not also accurate contrast...

No. My point is if both devices support LDAC then it should default to the best codec right from the start without having to dig through settings which some people might not know how to do or they might not even know that LDAC even exists and is superior. Why default to a crap codec that limits...

Everyone boasts about natural looking better in this situation but how do you people feel about the auto HDR feature when viewing pictures taken on a Samsung device which also makes things look unnatural with overly piercing brights and contrast?

Is this why wireless earbuds always sound like crap to me? I finally upgraded to the Buds2 Pro from the Buds Pro and they sound like totally crap still. I have a pair of full sized Sony's that use LDAC and they sound superb, however, why isn't this the "default setting"? Top notch headphones...

Vivid mode does do something but it's barely noticeable (turn it on and turn all the color slider all the way up and there is a minor difference). And yea, I've owned every single Ultra and every year the displays keep getting less and less vivid. I don't even like overly vivid colors as I do...
