I also love this feature. Currently, only my car is a trusted device. I wish the feature also worked for wifi networks. It would be nice to leave the phone unlocked while connected to my home network.

Have you found any work arounds yet? I just purchased a bluetooth speaker for my car, and am experiencing the same issue? Would rooting and removing s-voice fix this issue? (I am assuming you need to be rooted to permanently remove s-voice)

Earlier this week I rooted my EVO 4G and flashed the CM7 ROM. So far I am like it, but was hoping for better battery performance. Do I need to flash a new kernel as well? Is there any recommendations on which one? Thanks --eric

This is affecting more than just the HTC weather/clock widget, this is also affecting my system clock, which screws up the calendar, messaging, etc.... Even google maps shows in the wrong location while I am inside my office building.
