Unfortunately not. Sim Cards were not being registered for their holders until a couple of years ago(I think). And my sim is even not registered for me. You can say that even the company does not know that I am holding this sim card!

I tried logging into my account on vodafone but they have a less number of log entries than my phone's.

Vodafone in Egypt, middle east. Why? Is call log backed up by default to google servers? If yes, how can I access it?

Paying a bill is not the way my carrier gets his money from me. I charge a card with some credit and use that credit. So, there is no way to get any information from my carrier. - Not sure about the cache part but I do not believe that happened because every new day, the last entry is erased...

My huawei honor 4x shows only call log entries for the past 2 months. Today is 10-September and the oldest call log entry is of date 6-July. There is a number that called me on April and I am in a bad need to get it back. Is there a way to do so?

I really do not know how you can see that it is an individual cases , there are phones keeps power for days not hours , and ofcourse there are reasons , reasons like the way the phone has been designed , for example (scientific fact) , " moving the battery out of the phone and entering it again...
