@JayWill72, I was just watching @qbking77's install video, and I'm unclear on something. Do I have to have a MicroSD card installed in my phone to be able to do the manual update? I haven't gotten one yet.

I'd love to have a Galaxy Nexus, and to see if AT&T or T-Mobile would work better in my neighborhood than Sprint's spotty service here in Houston. :-/
