i have just bought a phone off a a pal. samsung galaxy s20 ultra 5g.. i have put my sim card in out of my i phone. but i dont think it is working. i cant get on contacts, if someone rings it rings and i can answer,but after that i am not sure of anything else.

when i turn my phone on (moto e 2nd gen) i get the message above.it also says'. you dont have a network connection. i have tried taking my sim card out and replacing it , also going to wi-fi and turning it on/off. nothing works i cant' get rid of it. why do i need a wi-fi connection, i very...
