This solution worked for me, thanks Antonio Portugal1! Talk about rookie... I didn't even see this option in data settings at first, and thought this wouldn't work for me. Alas data settings>>navicon menu button (hamburger) opened some hidden options and lo-and-behold... There WAS the check box...
