Since doing a factory reset shortly after my last post, the random repetitive sound disappeared. Could this have been caused by malware?

Would doing a factory reset fix it? I forgot to mention, 1 month ago I wiped the phone with Xiaomi Flash Tool and Installed a new ROM.

It is already turned off, just checked

I just entered safe mode and it is available and functioning

I just checked it, it's looking all right, nothing out of order

I did not activate any alarms

The sound played while the phone was in safe mode. After that I turned off the phone.

Hello, I turned on safe mode and the sound came and woke me up at 2 in the morning. I turned off the smartphone and several hours later, when I woke up, the phone was turned on.

Hello, the problem reoccured, even after disabling NFC.

Hello, I have a normal case and the phone was not close to any credit or ID cards. I tried touching several Credit cards and my ID card as well and it doesn't make the sound. I turned off NFC and will report back in case the problem reoccurs.
