This doesn't fix the question above, but I'd suggest taking the phone away as punishment if they delete the parental controls. Easy to check and a fast solution that teaches a lesson. /2 cents

We're constantly and actively adjusting our filters to catch this stuff. But as soon as we adjust, so do the pesky spammers. Believe us, you aren't seeing a fraction of the spam that our system is catching and not letting through. We're trying some new tricks too, so fingers crossed...
