Amazon.co.uk currently have £200 off the firephone making it £99, off contract. That's alot of phone for £99 but is it worth it and will I be able to cope with FireOS when I've been a Nexus user for the last 4 years. Currently I've got a Nexus 4.

The cartoons HD app which was removed from the Apple App store and Play store for making copyright content available is now available from a website 'gappcenter.com'. Leaving aside the obvious issues of illegal content, how is the app able install from the website without going through the app...

I was assuming the popup was part of Hangouts rather than Handsent. Doesn't Hangouts give you a notification quick reply popup?

I've been using hangouts for SMS since my Nexus 4 got the Kit Kat update. When I get an SMS I get the notification popup as I have with every SMS app I've used, and I and do a quick reply to the SMS from the popup, but when I press send it disappears off into... I have no idea where. It never...

Ahh I guess its the launcher bit then. So even in the US you can't use 'ok google' voice search on the home screen?

I've tried clicking the 'I'm not interested' button but to no avail. Google is determined I should be supporting the Cubs... and in fact I do feel a slight high when the win or low when the loose. Could be an interesting ruse, rename your sports team to 'XXX Hot Babes' and what your fan base...

For me it tells me what time my hair dresser is arriving back from Dubai (he sent me his tickets to print for him) and the result of all the Cubs base ball games (I have no idea who the Cubs are, let alone supporting them but I am a Scout leader so have Googled 'Cubs' on several occasions )...

I did try that but no luck. I can 'OK Google' from the google now screen but not from anywhere else. I'm changing the language in settings -> languahe & input -> Language (at the top) Should be doing anything else. I get annoying American woman in the navigation but no 'OK Google'?
