All you have to do is chat with AT&T customer service and they will fix the issue. I had to do the same so I logged on to my account and after 10 minutes they fixed it. Doing it yourself won't fix it (I tried everything.) They set up both my line and my girl friends line so two gear s2s total.

The remote connect doesn't give you all the features of a Bluetooth connection? I am rocking the gear s with my mobile share plan ($10 a month) and I just figured out that it doesn't need a Bluetooth connection.
