TMO S10e I needed to uninstall and reinstall google messages, wait a few minutes, and then I was able to enable "Chat Features" in settings.

Go to Settings/Apps, press the menu at the top right (the three vertical dots). Press "Configure Apps" See "Draw Over Other Apps" Tap on the App you want to disallow the permission to draw over other apps - probably the last one you downloaded before this problem occurred.(The "blue light filter"?)

I just got the IQSHEILD and applied it. It looks good, so far. Installation was easier than I world have thought. The ability to reposition the protector was a definite plus. I'll let you know tomorrow how it works.

Updated on sprint. Was pretty quick and easy, other than the optimizing apps part.

This is the Ventek protector featured prominently in the AndroidCentral store. The packaging clearly states it's for the HTC 10.
