I have the exact same problem with my Pixel. I have the Google exchange calendar set to "no notifications" but I still get them along with my outlook notifications. Annoying!

You need to switch to the account you wish to search first.

I really miss the original android Car Home app and find it rather annoying that I've had to sideload the apk on my last two phones. It did the job with out all the unnecessary fluff of Car Home Ultra. Why on earth hasn't Google updated it to work on newer phones? :(

I was a Nova launcher user for about 3 years and switched to the stock Google experience launcher when I got my nexus 5. However, I wasn't using any of the features you mentioned except for resizing. The one thing I missed was easily changing my dock icons. But that was solved with a 3rd party app.

I too only have the neo hybrid so can't comment on both. But it does the job without being bulky (though it's too bulky for my car mount and my speaker dock).

Re: Lock screen shortcuts?? I prefer DashClock Widget. Then you can extend it with countless add-ons such as AppLauncher, which does what you're asking for.

Re: White Nexus dirty already What on earth are you people doing to your poor phones? Hehe :) I've got the white N5 (which is gorgeous btw, way more stylish than black imo!) and after 2 months it still looks exactly the same color as the day I took it out of the box.

I agree it would be super simple to do, but he wasn't looking to rotate it. Then the android would be sideways. And then the dimensions of the wallpaper would be wrong as well.
