Do you have any 3rd party camera apps installed that may be interfering? (Including having Evernote camera control turned on) Have you tried uninstalling Facebook, rebooting and reinstalling Facebook?

Are you really connected to your WiFi? Mine does that if I haven't connected completely or correctly to a WiFi Hotspot or router.

Is your card full or perhaps defective? Try this app in the Play Store...

Are you using the original Samsung charger and cable? The tablet requires 2.1 amps to charge, if you use another charger it may not put out enough amperage. Many phone chargers and PC's only put out .5 amps.

I can only comment on my personal experiences, but I always just bought whatever name brand Amazon had on sale. So far Iv'e never had a problem, with use in phones, cameras, tablets, PC. read the reviews on Amazon, just remember there will always be people that have had issues.

Not the WIFI version. I believe the versions from Phone providers does, at least my old Samsung tab from Sprint did. I use Tablet Talk on my Tab 3 8.0 It syncs to my phone over Bluetooth. I can receive and send from my tablet using this.
