Re: Note 4 How long did u go b4 replacing touchwiz Nova for me. Gave tw a chance, but this screen screams for more than just 4x4 icons. I'm at 5x5, with 7 dock icons. Those were really the only deal breakers for me when it came to touch wiz.

Unfortunately its up in the air. It sounds like it will work, but no guarantee. I think customer service reps giving a credit would be the only way to make it for sure.

Pre-order cancelled, got the last black one at my local store. This thing is sweet! Pre-order was an awful experience, but the last supervisor I talked to this morning finally made things right, and the people in-store were very helpful. Hopefully things go smoothly from here on out.

I'll be trying to hit up a store today. No more of this pre-order stuff.

Well AT&T, nice work here. If the wife's new iPhone was still within her 14 day window, you would have lost 2 brand new customers. As it is, since you screwed up, its up to me to hopefully find a phone on my own now. Thanks a bunch.

Back ordered. WTF AT&T. What is annoying is that they will tell me they had a shortage and I didn't order in time, ignoring everything I tell them about everyone else who ordered after me and already got the phone.

I'm just worried about that damn samsung promotion. Given my low trade in, its worth $185. I think I'd still get it, but I'm certainly nervous about it.

So it sounds like no one has any idea when my order will ship at this point. After 4 more calls tonight, no answer, and no one can even give me any information. They said if I want it even in the next few days, getting it in store is my only option. Local store has white ones in stock, but...

At least yours shipped. Literally no one in any division at AT&T can tell me anything about when my phone will even ship. Pre-order a phone...don't even get it.

My store contacted their Samsung rep about this for me. Unfortunately, didn't get a completely solid okay that it would work. He thinks that since they use the pre-order receipt that it would probably go thru, but couldn't guarantee it since he wasn't positive how they verified everything...

I've given up hope of receiving shipping confirmation today. I'm pretty sure something screwed up with them. Might stop in my local store and try to get one.

Certainly seems like they majorly screwed up some early pre-orders.
