It's you. The NFC antenna can be connected by tapping the rear, top end of the phone against the payment point area. Never had an issue doing this

On WiFi I get somewhere between 6 and 7 hours SOT, mobile data is an hour less. Battery life was still better on MM if I'm honest

I moaned about this sort of thing recently. There's an account on here that asks very basic things that a quick Google search will show loads of results to sort their issue, yet mods have done nothing to stop or even advise the account holder.

MM was better on battery life, could get up to 7hrs SOT on mobile data with it, N seems to want to push the cpu harder to keep things fast and fluid. Double tapping recents for app switching and androids own multi window are welcome additions

To sort the messaging issue out go to the Samsung theme app/galaxy store and download​ a darker theme. The latter is harder to pinpoint, I'd hazard a guess and say it's being used. Just set it to battery saver in the settings and turn it on to accurate as and when needed.

No, with nougat it's androids own split screen view which doesn't have custom sizing

App preferences didn't help me, don't think there was an issue for me. On WiFi I get great battery life, nearly an hour of SOT per 10%
