    Note 3 Random Notification Sounds?

    I found it. It's a new feature in Kitkat called Notification Reminder. It defaults to 5 minutes when it's turned on. Go to Settings, Device, Accessibility, and then to the "Vision" section. Turn off "Notification Reminder". DONE!

    That was it. Freakin Notification Reminder. THANK YOU! Freakin annoying. I hate 4.4.2. SUCKY!
