Upset is an understatement .. this is a perfect example of how Google knows nothing about retail. REading the reviews on here makes me very grateful I cancelled this order and went with an IPAD 4.

Hey Guys I feel your pain. Google Play support is HORRIBLE. I tried cancelling my order but they can't even cancel it. My order is simply in limbo. SUFFICE TO SAY.. I bought an IPAD 4 over the weekend and I couldn't be happier. I will NEVER order from Google again.

Just keep flaming them I guess. we get F*cked because we ordered as soon as it went on sale and Google's servers probably got f*cked up go figure. The worst part is they have NO information so it's a big you to us.

No Tracking/Shipping info and I ordered 5 mins after it was released. Google Support line is total garbage they have no details at all. I guess I should have waited a few hours to purchase? Google EPIC FAIL, this is the worst ordering experience I've ever had. Anyone else in the same boat...

Dude I've called a million times.. they don't have any info to give me and they blame it on "Everyone hit the order button at the same time so our system is the problem"

I ordered 5 minutes after the Nexus 10 was available for purchase on Tuesday morning and I STILL HAVE NOT received ANY tracking info this is ridiculous. My Credit card was definitely charged or at least Pre-Auth'd for the full amount so doesn't that mean it shipped? Are you guys saying it...
