Might be too late, but there should be two pins you can short on the board to reset it. If you didn't kill it, this should work.

Ya, 4.2 lagged pretty bad for me after I added a second account. I removed the account, still lagged. I was also having issues with root and stickmount (not sure if fixed yet or not, TBH). Went back to 4.1.2 and I am pleased. I do miss the new upgrades to the keyboard in 4.2.

Both my N4s came with 1.2A chargers. I use either my N7 charger (2A) or my LG Charging pad (QI charger).
