I don't assume I have any privacy unless I am in my home, and have all electronics powered off and unplugged. Otherwise I assume that if someone wants to know where I am or what I am doing, and they have the resources, they will know.

Hopefully these are the issues that caused Verizon to reject the update... and so, maybe they will be fixed. I might be too optimistic, but a guy can dream.
On Twitter, @moversi just mentioned that the M7 Lollipop for Verizon is back in the lab, and expect approval "within next couple weeks. Nearly there!"
So assuming that Verizon approves this time, we are probably looking at May for the OTA.
