I probably would buy a Nexus 5, if Verizon weren't dip$hits. I just prefer the vanilla android experience, and timely updates. Waiting for Verizon to release an update is like watching a snail travel the world.

Ok so it seems the root of the problem was that stupid Caller ID app that Verizon includes on the phone. I went and cleared data, force closed and then turned off that app and the 4G icon went away. I wish I could uninstall that stupid app. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

Hold the home button and power button at the same time. Same way to take a screen shot of any other screen. I just tried it and it worked fine for me.
