Not seeing any problems with stutter or lag. Widgets do take a little longer to load on boot. Kinda disappointed we don't get the transparent nav bar. :(

I had trouble at that step also. The issue was that I was holding the keys down too long. Just give them a momentary press.

I vaguely remember reading about something like this that would force an update, but it was for a different device I believe. Best to just be patient, or at least wait till the factory image gets posted.

Tried this about half a dozen times - no joy. Really looking forward to this update.
