well I'll keep you posted, but the update started coming this morning. it's updated 6 times today and I'm now up to 8.0.0

This was not a compatible phone this came directly from Project Fi. I would agree that if you bring your own phone to the plan that you bought somewhere else then you shouldn't expect the Google is going to automatically give you every update.

I have the new Samsung Chromebook 3 with the micro SD card slot. When I put the SD card in, it tells me that I need to mount and unmount it all the time. Why can't it simply be left in like on my cell phone? Are there settings I need to take care of so that this can work?
