S4 is Rooted: what will happen if I do a factory reset?

Use odin and flash stock firmware. That should fix all your issues. Make sure to use the correct firmware for your device and carrier.

What happened to my connections speed?

I just got an S4 replacing my G2 under warrenty from Sprint. My uploads are horrendous causing pages and apps to even fail. My downloads are okay but responses from the device connecting fail from terrible upload speed. Other devices here are good. I blame Samsung.

[ROM] Stock Rooted 4.67.651.3 (Android 2.3.5)

If space is a big issue I suggest backing up your SD card. Partition your SD card and then flash a rom like Tommy's Classic Sense 1.0. It has dark tremor apps to SD built in and installs most system files and all user apps to SD. You will have well over 200megs free on device on first boot.

[ROM] Stock Rooted 4.67.651.3 (Android 2.3.5)

Flashing stock rooted is perfectly safe. You should minimally wipe cache and dalvik cache. Wipe everything is best but it will wipe all installed apps if you do. The updated radio has given many of us a better signal and greater data speeds. The ota kernel is very smooth as well. I strongly...
