The only thing that I will miss is the camera features. That is actually a pretty big thing. Also S beam seems to work 99.5% of the time which is a good enough margin for me, and smart stay always work as well. But these were galaxy S3 features, so I cannot speak about it on the GS4.

3G is unbearably slow, but I assume you are in Europe because you have the option of the octa core. From what I have read, 3G in Europe would average 5-6 megs down so its not terrible. Keep in mind that LTE here in the U.S. can go as high as 70 megs down. I personally topped out at 38 megs down...
