Got mine yesterday. Manually moved photos / video. Smart Switch for the rest (first time using it). Fairly seamless. Some app needed an update, but made it very hands off. Came from a Note 8. Make sure you activate the new phone before running smart switch.

Got mine yesterday. So far it's great, coming from a Note 8. Some features still not available i.e. the 3d scanning app from Samsung is still not in the galaxy app store, and the dex app download is still not available

It is not just a Pandora issue. When playing Amazon Prime music (even in offline mode), if I go out of a song and start another, I have to puse the song and then hit play or it will play with no sound if connected to the head unit. Also, my headset for calling says connected but nothing there...

I am having the same issue with my 2015 GMC Terrain Denali. Pandora connects for maybe 2 songs then just quits. Also same with my bt ear piece. It connects, then I go to make a call and nothing. Have to quickly turn off then back on and it connects and works fine. Hope they solve this one quick.

Power down the phone first

You should be able to just take it out and put it in an SD card reader on a PC, then use Recuva to pull off any images. There are plenty of Recuva walkthroughs on the web.

take the card out and use Piriform's Recuva to recover the pics. The longer you leave it in the more that will be unrecoverable.

Because of this thread, I am trying gboard. I like it so far, but auto capitalize not working and not sure I like it in Textra. Wish I could assign the stock keyboard for Textra.

Installed from play store, moved to SD card. Only used 2 ringtone's, but works great.

I use Amazon Prime Music on the phone with my personal music on the SD card in a folder and it auto found it, no issues.

I've never had the need in the past, but picked up the Verizon brand SP today.
